After being picked up at Noi Bai International Airport, your family will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi to check in.

NOTE: Check-in time is 14:00, but you can request early check-in with a surcharge.

Spend time relaxing in your room. If you feel like exploring, we recommend these optional activities:

Morning

Have breakfast and be ready for a half-day family trip to explore the most well-known attractions in Hanoi.

Our first stop is the historical Temple of Literature, the first Confucianism university in Vietnam, which is considered one of Hanoi's top historical sights. Then, move to admire the beauty of the culture and history of Vietnam in the 1000-year-old One Pillar Pagoda with its unique structure.

After that, stop at the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, the large memorial to the ultimate leader who brought independence to Vietnam.

Moving on to explore Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda, the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with a history of more than 1,500 years. Wander around the picturesque West Lake and enjoy its tranquil view.

Have a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant with your family.

NOTE:

• Your family can start the tour in the morning or afternoon depending on availability.
• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is viewed from outside; closed on Mon and Fri and from Jun to Aug.

Morning

Hotel picks up and then travels to Ninh Binh for a day tour to Hoa Lu - Tam Coc. On the 2-hour journey, you will have the chance to capture the picturesque countryside of North Vietnam.

Upon arrival in Hoa Lu, your family will go visit the Temple of King Dinh and the Temple of King Le, two ancient temples with distinctive architecture. If time permits, challenge yourself by walking up to one of the surrounding limestone karst and be rewarded with spectacular views.

After the visit, travel to Tam Coc and take a sampan tour to gaze at the charming grottoes and limestone karst mountains here.

Recharge your energy with a nice lunch served with many local delicacies at a nice restaurant.

Afternoon

Climb up to Bich Dong Pagoda on the nearby Ngu Nhac Mountains, a place of historical relics of Ninh Binh province that comprises three structures: Ha, Trung, and Thuong Pagodas. 

After the trip, our driver will pick you up for the transfer back to Hanoi.

Morning

After having a tasty breakfast at the hotel, around 08:00 - 08:30, your family will be picked up and leave for Halong Bay, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites with 1969 islands and a spectacular seascape.

At noon, visitors have the chance to embark on the cruise and meet the professional crew with a fresh welcome drink, then listen to the safety instructions before the trip begins.

Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch served on board while leisurely cruising across beautiful limestone islands and grottoes.

Afternoon

Take part in many exciting activities to explore Halong Bay, such as visiting the caves, kayaking, and swimming in the emerald water (Follow the cruise itinerary).

After the excursion, you will head back to cruise and relax in the stunning sunset view or join a cooking class.

Have dinner together with your family and overnight on board.

Morning

All those early birds will be rewarded with the miraculous sunrise over the bay. Join a Tai Chi class to boost your physical and mental well-being.

Following your breakfast on board, you may have a chance to explore one of many stunning caves in Halong Bay by kayak or a rowing boat tour (Depending on the cruise itinerary)

09:00 - 09:30: Back to the cruise and complete the check-out procedure. Enjoy a delicious brunch while the cruise returns to the pier. Disembark from the cruise at about 11:30.

Afternoon

Our driver will pick you up at the pier and back to Hanoi, or transfer you to the airport by shuttle bus for the flight to Da Nang.

Upon arrival, your family will be transferred to the hotel in Hoi An for check-in. Have a relaxing time in this tranquil town.

Morning

Have breakfast. Our tour guide will take your family to Cam Thanh Village by bicycle. Enjoy the quiet ambiance and farming life landscape with beautiful rice paddy fields along the way.

In Cam Thanh Village, your family can get a real insight into the hardship of growing vegetables by joining local farmers in their daily tasks. Here, you and your kids can try helping the farmers rake the ground, sow, water, and pick greens.

Then, savor delicious traditional dishes meticulously prepared by local people with the ingredients you have picked before.

Afternoon

Return to your hotel by bike and have a short rest.

Have a fun family bonding time in a Lantern Making Workshop, where your family can work together to create traditional lanterns as souvenirs. There are 2 classes you can choose from: Making the lantern from scratch for 3 hours and Covering a pre-made frame for 1.5 hours.

Join hands to make lanterns in the shapes of triangles, garlic, or diamonds, then select your own silk style and color and glue them to the frame you make.

Every step of the way, you will be guided by an experienced English-speaking instructor. This unique and fun activity may be enjoyed by the entire family, including children as young as 3 years old!

Once completed, you can test the lantern over a light bulb. Let’s take them as a beautiful souvenir home from your visit to Hoi An.

Return to your hotel and stay overnight.

Morning 

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Check out then you will be picked up and transferred to the train station to take a 10-hour train from Da Nang to Nha Trang. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Central coastline along the way.

Arrive at Nha Trang train station and transport to your hotel. Finish check-in and overnight at the hotel in Nha Trang.

Morning/Afternoon

Fulfill your energy with breakfast then travel to Tran Phu St. then get on the longest sea-crossing cable car system in Vietnam and visit VinWonders Nha Trang on Tre Island.

These 2 days are free time for your family to explore Nha Trang. You and your kids can go to the sunny beach to swim and sunbathe. Experience mudbath, or having a city tour to try seafood is a good idea.

Morning

You will have free time to go shopping before checking out. After that, your family is picked up from your hotel for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Arrive at the Tan Son Nhat Airport then transfer to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh for check-in. The rest of your day is your free time to explore this bustling city.

After having breakfast, join an amusing family excursion to the most well-known attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.

To start the tour, your family will go to the War Remnants Museum, which archives almost 20,000 papers, objects, and films concerning proof of atrocities and the repercussions of the Vietnam War. Then, take a visit to the Reunification Palace, a historical monument famous for its unique architectural work.

Continue with Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, one of Ho Chi Minh City's most distinctive architectural creations and a symbol of Catholicism in Vietnam. Moving on, head for the Old Post Office, a great example of classical French colonial architecture still open today.

Wander around the local market, an interesting area with various shops. Buy yourself some local souvenirs here, such as handicrafts, silk, and jewelry.

Walk back to the hotel and enjoy free time for the rest of the day.

Morning

Begin your morning, you will travel to Cai Be tourist pier and get on the Mekong Ecolodge boat around 08:00, prepare for a journey to discover the colorful Mekong Delta with a variety of family-friendly activities.

Stop at Cai Be Market and Com Candy Craft Village. Here, your children will be excited to see the production process of candy nuggets and try freshly baked sweet nuggets. Then, your family will have the opportunity to explore a bee farm to see how honey is made. Chilling time with a local sweet honey tea.

Following that, travel to Tan Phong Island to experience garden tourism and visit local specialty fruit gardens such as durian, rambutan, longan, jackfruit, etc. Next, visit a local house to participate in a folk music exchange performance by local artists while enjoying a cup of tea, and welcome fruit from the host.

Sail to Mekong Ecolodge to check in, then have a traditional Vietnamese lunch. 

Afternoon

In the afternoon, let your children explore the fruit & colorful flower gardens on the campus. Here, guests can pick and eat fruits such as apples, guavas, toads, To Nu jackfruit, etc for free on the spot. 

Around 16:00, take your amazing trip to the next level with these interesting activities for families. You can immerse yourself in the authentic local lifestyle by slapping ditches and catching fish with your bare hands or picking fresh vegetables for dinner. Then, prepare meals from the vegetables and fish you catch with our chef at Mekong Ecolodge.

Enjoy a delicious dinner after an active day. Stay overnight in the Ecolodge.

Morning

08:00: Joining a bicycle tour of discovery and participating in many amusing activities with the friendly people on Tan Phong Island. 

Start the trip to local houses to see the process of making rice paper rolls and knitting a hammock with banana rope. Next, go to a friendly host house to learn how to knit water hyacinth, your family can try to knit one together and then receive beautiful gifts with the guidance of the professional host.

Move to explore the process of making nail files with bamboo sticks and locally available materials. Then, return to Ecolodge to participate in making jackfruit leaf cake - a specialty of Tan Phong Island with the guidance of Ms. Tam then enjoy them together.

12:00: Take the ferry in Tan Phong with local people to Hiep Duc. 

Afternoon

Going through the Tien River. Our car will pick you up on the opposite side and travel to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Morning

Enjoy your last day in Ho Chi Minh before your departure flight. Feel free to join optional exciting excursions such as Good Morning Saigon.

Transfer to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight. Goodbye and see you again!
