I wanted to say that all the guides except the Angkor Wat guide were great. The Angkor Wat guide wasn’t so nice! He kept talking a lot like he had memorised a script. He spoke fast and was quite hard to understand. He also seemed a bit annoyed when we wanted a toilet and water to drink. He spoke fast and was quite hard to understand. He also seemed a bit annoyed when we wanted a toilet and water to drink. He was also very keen for us to use his recommended massages - and to book more tours with him (we didn’t). The guides in Hoi An and around the Mekong delta were the best. All the hotels were excellent - especially the first Hanoi hotel, Hue, Chau Doc, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Best breakfast was at Can Tho ( sorry I can’t remember their names….) Kate, Brenda and Vicky might not agree! The best hairdresser was at the Hue hotel (actually the only one I tried) where I got the best haircut I have ever had! Everyone has been wonderful. In Vietnam, we enjoyed the waterfront this evening in Phnom Pehn. We wish we had maybe another full day here so we could go further up the mountain area. Our tour guide Nat and the driver were great!
I would say the breakfast at the White Boutique did not have as much selection as the other hotels we have been at. The room was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and actually took Mike’s charger to the desk so he could get it when we went back to get our luggage. The drivers and guides have always been on time and wait for us at the airports. Made travel easy. Thank you! Then sadly back to the colder weather in Canada on Nov 12. Less

If I can give only one little advice for go over perfection I can say that room in hotel in Siam Reap is not on the top level of others. Hotel common part is wonderful but our room not so.
Please considere this only a kindly advice, we are full satisfaid of service, guides, experieces et everything. Thank you so much. Less

We recently had an amazing time touring Vietnam and Cambodia! We really enjoyed having Jury as our guide in Hanoi. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made us feel comfortable asking questions.
Halong Bay was beautiful, and we were lucky with the weather. There was still some debris from… More We recently had an amazing time touring Vietnam and Cambodia! We really enjoyed having Jury as our guide in Hanoi. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made us feel comfortable asking questions.
Halong Bay was beautiful, and we were lucky with the weather. There was still some debris from the recent typhoon, but hopefully, that gets cleaned up soon because it’s such a stunning place.
Hoi An has been one of our favorite stops so far! The old town is absolutely beautiful, and we loved just wandering around and taking in all the sights.
Unfortunately, we didn’t feel quite the same with our guide. He wasn’t a bad guide, but we felt a little awkward with him, especially when we asked questions – it felt a bit like he was judging us. His humor didn’t quite match ours, but we understand everyone’s different. We just think guides should keep things light and friendly for everyone to feel at ease.
Our driver in Cambodia was fantastic! He was a total gentleman and a great driver, making the trip smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, we really had a wonderful experience and would recommend this company! If you're particular about your guide, just make sure to let them know ahead of time to match you with the right person.
